Harshit Khatri

Software engineer, technology researcher, product architect, and creative technologist.

Software development since 2009. Full-stack engineering, mobile development, web architecture, UI/UX, cloud systems, embedded technology, automation, product development and technology research, oriented around solving real business problems.

Building technology where software, hardware, design and real-world business problems meet. The work sits at the intersection of engineering and creativity, where a business idea can become a product, a product can become a platform, and a difficult technical problem can become a practical solution.

Harshit Khatri studies a problem, understands the business requirement, researches possible technologies, designs the experience, architects the system, develops the product and, when the work needs it, works with hardware, electronics, manufacturing and physical implementation.

“Technology should solve real problems — not create unnecessary complexity.”

Doctym is at doctym.in and CustDe is at custde.com. Neither is in the index. Plush, Synmor and LogicSmith do not have a public site in the portfolio data. Sketches, models, lamps and artefacts are on the Plush Creative Studio Instagram.

Tools named on the old site

“Over the years, I discovered that the most interesting problems rarely belong to a single discipline. A software problem may actually be a process problem. A process problem may actually be a design problem. A design problem may require hardware. And sometimes the best solution requires building something that did not exist before.”
