Privacy policy
This policy covers www.brahmsoft.com. The controller is Brahm Software Solutions, 6 J 4, Mahaveer Nagar Extension, Kota, Rajasthan, India. Email harshit@brahmsoft.com.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this wording is meant to meet the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. If you are in Australia, it is meant to be readable against the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are in the United States, it tells you what we collect and that we do not sell personal information.
What we collect
- The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You can also give a company, the country you sell in, and whether the note is a quote for a website or a store.
- The form also sends the time zone reported by your browser, and the campaign parameters (UTM) or referring site that brought you here, so we know which country and which link the enquiry came from.
- If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send.
- The host (Amazon Web Services, through CloudFront and S3) may process connection data such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver the pages. We do not add an analytics product on top of that.
We do not ask for account passwords, card numbers, or government identity numbers on this site.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer you and, if we then work together, to take the steps before a contract and to perform that contract. Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR that is Article 6(1)(b). Connection logs kept by the host, where they exist, are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. That is a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). You can object to that interest by writing to us. We will stop unless we have a compelling reason to continue.
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or share them for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies
This site does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or other non-essential cookies. We do not run a cookie banner, because there is no optional cookie to accept or refuse. The pages remember a scroll position, a loader flag, and any campaign parameters in session storage on your device. That storage is cleared when the tab closes, and it is not sent to us as a cookie. The studio console at /admin sets an essential session cookie only after harshit@brahmsoft.com signs in. Visitors who never open that page do not get the cookie.
Who else sees it
Enquiry messages are stored so we can reply. Each one becomes a contact, a company when you gave one or when your email is a company domain, and a deal in our own studio records. An email alert goes to harshit@brahmsoft.com when Amazon SES is switched on. The site and the contact store run on Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region (ap-south-1), India. Contact submissions are kept only as long as we need them to reply and keep business records, and are deleted on request. We do not pass the form to a marketing platform or a third-party CRM.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold information about you, and for a copy of it
- correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it
- object to use based on legitimate interests
- receive what you gave us, in a portable form, where the law gives you that right
- complain to a regulator, without coming to us first
Write to harshit@brahmsoft.com. We may need to confirm it is you. In the UK the regulator is the ICO. In the EEA it is the supervisory authority where you live. In Australia it is the OAIC. United States state privacy laws, where they apply to a business of our size, give you similar access and deletion rights. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
Children
The site is about our work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
