Terms & conditions
These terms apply to www.brahmsoft.com and to the services sold by Brahm Software Solutions (Brahmsoft), 6 J 4, Mahaveer Nagar Extension, Kota, Rajasthan 324009, India. GSTIN 08BPEPK0332P1ZR. By using the site or buying a service you agree to them. A signed proposal for a project adds to these terms; where the two differ, the proposal applies.
Services
We design and build websites, online stores and custom software, and sell annual website packages. The scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are set out in a written proposal or in the package description on the pricing page.
Quotes and orders
A form submission, email or message is an enquiry. An order is confirmed when you accept the proposal or pay for a package. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payments
Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is charged as applicable. Packages are paid in advance. Projects are paid in milestones as set out in the proposal. Payments can be made through our payment gateway or by bank transfer. Late payment may pause work until the amount is cleared.
Your responsibilities
You provide content, access and feedback on time, and confirm you have the right to use any material you give us. You must not use the site or our services for anything unlawful.
Delivery, refunds and cancellation
Delivery is covered by the delivery policy. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refund & cancellation policy.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the custom work we create for you, including design and code written for your project, transfers to you. Until then it remains with Brahm Software Solutions. Third-party software, fonts and licensed assets stay under their own licences. Our pre-existing tools, libraries and products are licensed to you for use with your project. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. The design, text and logo of this site belong to Brahm Software Solutions.
Confidentiality
Both sides keep confidential any non-public business information shared during a project.
Warranty and liability
We fix defects in our own work reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Apart from that, services are provided as described and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party hosting, platforms or networks. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Either side may end a project by written notice. Work delivered and milestones completed up to that date remain payable, as set out in the refund policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kota, Rajasthanhave exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
