Delivery & shipping policy

Brahm Software Solutions (Brahmsoft) sells digital services: websites, online stores, custom software and related subscriptions. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

Timelines

• Website package (starts from ₹4,999): typically live within 7–14 business days after we receive your content (text, logo and images).
• E-commerce and custom software: delivered to the timeline and milestones agreed in the written proposal for your project.

Timelines start once payment is received and the content or information we need from you is complete. Delays in feedback or content move the date by the same amount.

How work is handed over

• a confirmation email with the live link and the details of what was delivered
• admin or editor access to your website, store or application
• access to the source code repository, where the proposal includes source handover

Delivery is complete when the link and access details have been sent to your email address.
