Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to every website, e-commerce, software and subscription service sold by Brahm Software Solutions (Brahmsoft), 6 J 4, Mahaveer Nagar Extension, Kota, Rajasthan 324009, India. GSTIN 08BPEPK0332P1ZR. We sell digital services only.

Cancellation before work starts

You can cancel an order at any time before we start work. We refund the full amount paid, less any non-refundable payment gateway fees charged on the transaction.

Milestone-based projects

Custom websites, online stores and software are billed in milestones set out in the proposal. A milestone payment is non-refundable once that milestone has been delivered. If you cancel mid-project, any amount paid for a milestone that has not been started is refunded, less payment gateway fees. Work delivered up to the cancellation date remains payable.

Annual packages and subscriptions

Annual packages, such as the website package (starts from ₹4,999), can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of payment if no work has been delivered. After 7 days, or once work has been delivered, the package is non-refundable, and you can stop renewal at any time before the next billing date.

Third-party costs

Domain registrations, paid plugins, licences and other third-party purchases made on your behalf are non-refundable once bought.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. The time for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
